Destination Delivered Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Destination Delivered Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Destination Delivered reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to promote Destination Delivered honestly and accurately. All statements about our products should reflect personal experience or information provided by Destination Delivered.

Affiliates may not:

• Make false or misleading claims about Destination Delivered or its products.

• Misrepresent themselves as employees or representatives of Destination Delivered.

• Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.

• Use spam, unsolicited email, or other prohibited marketing methods.

• Bid on Destination Delivered branded keywords in paid advertising without prior written permission.

3. Commission

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying subscription purchases made through their unique affiliate referral link.

A qualifying purchase is one that:

• Is completed through the affiliate's referral link.

• Is successfully paid.

• Is not canceled, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent.

Commission rates may be updated at any time with advance notice.

4. Active Referral Rewards

Additional affiliate rewards are based on active subscriber referrals.

An active subscriber is defined as a customer with an active, paid Destination Delivered subscription in good standing.

If your affiliate program includes milestone rewards, those rewards are based on the number of active subscriber referrals at the time the reward is issued. If referrals cancel their subscriptions, milestone eligibility may change.

5. Payments

Affiliate commissions are paid according to the payment schedule established within the affiliate platform. Destination Delivered reserves the right to withhold commissions for suspected fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Destination Delivered grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved logos, photographs, and marketing materials solely for promoting Destination Delivered.

Affiliates may not modify logos or create materials that imply an official partnership beyond participation in the affiliate program without prior written approval.

7. FTC Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising and endorsement laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. Any content promoting Destination Delivered must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship using disclosures such as "#ad," "#affiliate," or other appropriate language.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time.

Destination Delivered reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of affiliate links, or conduct that may damage the Destination Delivered brand.

9. Changes to the Program

Destination Delivered reserves the right to modify commission rates, rewards, program requirements, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Destination Delivered shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
